CSXT on Pan Am

Since PanAm has been bought by CSX Transportation I thought it would be good to start doing more pages for CSX locomotives and trains that have come to Maine. This page will have them and their train symbols.

SEPO used to be the train that came east with CSXT power and the power stayed overnight at Rigby while the return train POSE was made up. Now it's M426 coming east and M427 going back west.

Jerk Water	Take water from track pan without stopping a train. From this came the word jerkwater, which usually means a locality serving only to supply water to the engines of passing trains; a Place other than a regular stop, hence of minor importance as jerkwater town, jerkwater college, etc. AKA Jerk A Drink, or Jerk Soup.
