My Mountain Division Pictures In Portland

The Maine Central Mountain Division has not faired as bad as the Lower Road. The Northern New England Passenger Rail Authority (NNEPRA) has chosen it for the location of the Portland Amtrak Station, and there has been renewed interest in freight operations. Also, rehabilitation work has been under way but is currently stalled again.
